Yes the images are not nice to look at but people need to be made aware of the level of cruelty and neglect towards animals that is out there. This unfortunate dog was rescued today by the Wexford County Council dog wardens and immediately taken into Veterinary care where tonight we are all hoping and praying that infection has not taken over his entire body and we will loose him. Both wardens were upset by this sight today and remarked that this dog was wagging his tail and so easy to deal with despite the level of pain and suffering.
