This poor little boy had a hole in the back of his jaw, too gruesome to put on line, so deep one would put two fists into the hole from the embedded buckle of his head collar, a bad penis injury which worsened quickly and was totally emaciated, weak and had rain scald, he was rescued recently by WSPCA Inspector Cabrini Desmond.
