This poor cob was rescued out of a river by local farmers at the weekend and taken into the care of Wexford SPCA by our Inspector Cabrini Desmond. Sadly when his leg was X-rayed it had been badly broken and our Vet, after examination, believed it happen about 3 or 4 months previously. A total disgrace that any animal in this condition was left to suffer.
