A duty of care and to not let an old, blind dog suffer.
This unfortunate old dog was found in the Duncormick area of Wexford this evening, almost blind ,completely matted, suffering from urine scald and very hungry. The dog is now in the care of the WSPCA. Please contact WSPCA on 053 9143919 if you have any information on this dog.

Sally, had a serious lung infection, rain scald and whip marks on her quarters when rescued by WSPCA Inspectors this week. She is under veterinary and intensive care and we hope she makes a full recovery.
